Ember Kanso is a specialist importer in preparation for cooks who take fire, ingredients and tools seriously. We are qualifying Japanese konro grills and binchotan charcoal for Australia, selecting only pieces that can be explained by their material, purpose and provenance.

We believe good equipment should be understood before it is bought. That means explaining how a konro works, how different charcoal behaves and where the limits are. No gimmicks, forced bundles or inflated claims.
