Ember Kanso is currently prelaunch. No products are listed, no orders are being accepted and no shipping promise is being made.

When the first import is confirmed, shipping and return terms will be published alongside the final product specifications. Those terms will cover packing, dispatch, delivery regions and the handling expectations for fragile mineral grill bodies.
